One of the most challenging moments in a woman's life after having looked upon her helpless, beautiful newborn child for the first time is when she reluctantly contemplates the pain and potential danger of placing her child in the care of others so she may painfully sacrifice her precious time with her children for a paycheck. For many women, they feel that their very beings are being ripped to shreds when they leave their child in the care of others in order to go to work.

Jobsformoms.com believes that there is no more greater calling, no more noble use of one's life than to raise children. Families depend on it. Lives are deeply affected by it.
