A Navy Brat by birth, she has embraced everything Southern. Her academic background comprises some of the best Southern schools: Duke and then Vanderbilt Law School. As far as cooking, she is practical without being fancy. She takes her cues from Rachael Ray, FoodTV's 30-minute-meals maven. Her cooking talents lie in Itialian and Southern cooking. She also knows her cocktails.
He grew up all over Florida, and spent a short time in Alabama. He attended Auburn University's Engineering department and handles all of the technical work for JaxEats.com. A true Southerner, he believes that no meal is complete without vegetables and craves something spicy with each meal. Cooking frequently, he is often refered to as the 'Grill Instructor'. He prefers large portions to artistic presentations, and usually focuses on the grilling, leaving the rest to his Southern Belle girlfriend.
