This 1835 frame house, now a Provincial Heritage Property, was the home of Richard James, a merchant of Bridgetown. The museum features changing exhibits of fine arts and local history. Genealogical information on local families available, including extensive local cemetery records and photographic files. Royal Canadian Legion Branch #33 has exhibits on the Boer War and World Wars I and II.
