I guess the main question I should answer is this: Why is the site called Jackadillo Princess? Here’s the long answer: After many years of joking that they’d one day have their own small country to rule over, my parents saw their chance when they bought a half-acre plot of land and a “tornado magnet” just outside of Odessa, Texas. Naturally, they had to name the place, and my dad and his friend came up with The Jackadillo Republic. (
