In the real-estate business since 1982, Terry brings over 20 years experience to the table for the benefit of his clients. He bought Iris Realty in 1988 after working his way up through the ranks of top sales producers. Now, as a Broker/Co-owner at Iris, he enjoys the highest respect of his peers. In fact, they voted Terry the designation as one of the most ethical REALTORS® in Burlington. Terry has always been active in the community on the Boards of Directors of Civic Music, the Burlington Board of Realtors, The Heritage Trust and a past Board Member and vice-president of The Chamber of Commerce. Terry and his wife of nearly 40 years (Mary Jo) have been blessed with one daughter (Valerie) and two grandsons (Travis & Colton). In addition to his love of the real-estate business, Terry is passionate about ballroom dancing.
Co-owner of Iris Realty Company, Susan is actively involved in the Burlington community. She is currently President of the Mississippi Valley Council of Boy Scouts, sits on the Boards of the Des Moines County Conservation Foundation, the Burlington/West Burlington Area United Way, and is a member of the Economic Development Marketing Committee. She is also a Rotarian and PEO Sister. Prior to joining Iris Realty, Susan was President of the Burlington Firstar Bank and manager of their southeast Iowa investment and trust services division, covering Burlington, Mt. Pleasant and Ottumwa.
Susan is one of the top five real estate sales agents in Des Moines County and brings a wealth of community knowledge to Iris Realty.
