Jim“Karny” Karnstedt passed peacefully into the light surrounded by loving friends and family, July 10, at the too young age of 63 following a sudden illness. Born in Minneapolis, he lived in San Francisco since 1969. Jim was a healer and educator, sharing his wealth of information through lectures,video and his health technology business, Ion & Light. He was a consummate networker, connecting people, ideas and information.
