In 2004, Pitney Bowes acquired three competitive, privately owned, international mailing companies: International Mail Express, Johnson & Hayward and World Distribution Services. We integrated as one entity and became International Mail Express, a Pitney Bowes company.
We are always proud to boast to our clients the dedication and loyalty our employees had during our integration in 2005 and continue to have as we are now finally one company.
Most of our employees were members of one of the above companies. Though our integration we have been able to combine these talented and seasoned resources with additions to staff of equally talented professionals into a strong and stable division of the Pitney Bowes Global Mailstream Solutions segment.
