Description
An Arizona judge has upheld the Maricopa County Attorney's interpretation of a new human smuggling felony law, agreeing that it can be used to arrest illegal immigrants in addition to their smugglers. County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has arrested hundreds so far, which are being prosecuted by County Attorney Andrew Thomas. This is a landmark ruling, since the federal government has been lax at enforcing the border, while preempting local government in many areas from enforcing it.

Today the left is dominated by organizations such as MoveOn.org and spokesmen like Michael Moore, while its stronghold over academia disintegrates into foolishness. Most university departments are now saturated with feminist studies, queer theory, multicultural studies and other leftist pop ideology masquerading as serious academic studies. Although most conservatives and mainstream academics are probably no longer as envious of inclusion within these deteriorated institutions, it is unfortunate that university students are almost monolithically subject to leftist spin lessons in order to obtain an education.
