Actually they don't unlock your phone at all, rather they lock it forever! Indeed they send you a wrong code which ends up locking your phone when you try it repeatedly.
Description
Instant-Unlocking.com sells unlocking code through Paypal for 3,99EUR or 2.99GBP. They then send a fake unlocking code that doesn't work. When customers try to get in touch with them, they just don't reply. And when the customers try to get a refund through Paypal, Paypal says that they don't cover this type of immaterial transaction in their buyer protection policy. End of the story, the customer who's been scammed thinks "whatever, it was only 4 euros..."
