Our goal is to attract foreign companies setting up their businesses in Latvia by providing favorable business environment and an extensive range of services and to make it easy for local companies to launch their businesses in a modern and safe business environment.
Nordic Industrial Park (NIP) is a full service industrial park situated in the industrial zone of Olaine city – 25 km from the center of Riga city. The total area of NIP is 14 hectares. 16 separate buildings with the total floor space of 80 000 m² are renovated to European standards. All the buildings can be adapted for any kind of economic activity – light industrial manufacturing and food processing, as well as for warehousing and office needs.
Nordic Industrial Park is a service concept that allows its tenants to achieve various cost savings by sharing resources and costs inside the Park and to reach their own goals at a minimum time and cost.
