Imu-Tek Laboratories, Inc. is the leader in the collection, production and marketing of high quality bovine colostrum. Imu-Tek is one of only three facilities licensed by the US Department of Agriculture for the production of bovine colostrum products. It was the first manufacturer to receive an indication for colostrum for the passive transfer of antibodies (immunoglobulins) in dry powder form. Imu-Tek products compete in the $53 billion nutrition and health products industry.

Imu-Tek was founded in 1988 in Aurora, Colorado, by Henry and Susan Dyjak. The business expanded from a small operation in the Dyjak's garage to a 50,000 square foot production facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Imu-Tek produces colostrum year-round with a work force of 15 employees. In addition to 3rd party testing, the company also maintains its own in-house testing laboratory and on-staff Ph.D. scientists to assure quality control.
