Description
We started Imago, Inc in 1993 after the birth of our first child. Baby Zack knew the sound of the UPS truck at an early age. Now kid #2, Jacob calls out the drivers’ name every time we see UPS or FedEx! We manufacture locally and sell nationwide to catalogs and retail shops.
The lampshade idea came about when an antique dealer handed over some vintage lamp shades he picked up in Denmark and said, “here, see if you can make these”. With a lot of research we figured it out and in 1994 launched the production of these very cool lampshades that “light up”.
We use high quality components and strive for a look that you won’t be tired of too soon. We think our shades are the coolest thing ever when you light them up in a dark room. Some designs are fun for kids, some cross over from kids to adults. Whatever your age we hope you see something you like with Imago.
