- Indian Institute of Tourism and Management (IITM) is a not for profit organisation that has been serving the needs of the hospitality industry since 1994. The institute is governed by the Governing Council and the Coordinator is the head of the institution. The eleven years of Professional existence has made IITM one of the premier educational institutions in the state of Kerala and Tamilnadu with an outstanding reputation of working among weaker sections and empowering them for gainful employment. IITM was able to provide gainful employment to over thousands of students from middle class and lower middle class segments of the society through its centers in Kerala and Tamilnadu. Over the years Govt. of India, Govt. of Kerala and various other government agencies have associated, acknowledged and accredited the competence of IITM in the field of education and employment. IITM also networks with several NGOs providing consultancy support.
