- Mr Annoni is a member of the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) at the Institute for Environment and Sustainability, in Ispra, Italy, where he heads the Spatial Data Infrastructures Unit. He was appointed as the European co-chair of the GEO ADC in 2006.
