- For 33 years, we have operated a successful wholesale distribution business in Atlanta, Georgia. During this time, we have served the needs of customers throughout the United States, Canada, and many other countries around the world. In the past few years we have seen drastic changes take place within the fabric industry all over the United States. One thing that became very evident to us was the sharp decline in the availability of affordable, quality fabric to the home sewer. We have received many calls from home sewers telling us of their frustration when trying to find desired fabrics for specific projects around their home. This started us thinking about how we could help fill that void for them. We decided to expand our business to help people having a difficult time finding affordable, quality fabric for home use. We created Ideal Fabrics.com to help fill that need.
