I have won two judgments in court against Campion Travel Associates based in Rolling Hills, CA 90274, tel. 310-791-0717 and even have obtained an arrest warrant against one of their so-called affiliates ( which all operate together, same personnel, same contact info etc.) for long,long overdue services rendered, tour guide costs, bus rentals etc.( 4 years).
The lady whom I had dealt with,Jacquie Campion has not paid these judgments and so ,I am wondering about the efficacy of your "Code of ethics", just what benefit can one expect when one of your members simply ignores the law. What kind of pressure do/can you exert on such a person/firm ?
