Steven LaBella - President and CEO. Steve started his first bill payment company, QuickPay, in the United States in 1996 at the age of 26. QuickPay allowed consumers to make bill payments in cash at local retailers. Steve sold his company to American Payment Systems in 2000. In 2004 American Payment Systems was subsequently sold to CheckFree Services, the largest bill payment service in the US. Steve was promoted to lead the walk-in bill payment unit for CheckFree Services.
