For starters, the Live2Support IMO is free at least in a manner of speaking. It has not been isolated by us as a separate, individual, freestanding component or plug-in with a separate price tag. It is a part of your Live2Support subscription as long as you use our multi-operator services. If you happen to subscribe to the single-operator subscription, you can upgrade with a simple mouse click and enjoy all the benefits of multi-operator chat as well as the new IMO Experience. Regardless of whether you use Live2Support's hosted solution or the downloadable Windows/Mac version, IMO is yours to keep and use!
