IEM Training Centre Sdn. Bhd, formerly known as Instem Sdn. Bhd. is a 100% owned subsidiary and business arm of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). It was registered with the Registrar of Companies on 22 September 1984. The authorized capital is RM 1,000,000.00 and the paid up capital was RM 100,000.00. IEM Training Centre Sdn. Bhd has also been given the mandate to operate the insurance business and to enable this setup to generate sufficient income to finance IEM activities for the benefits of its members.
