“The Hypoparathyroidism Association, Inc. is a voluntary, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with all forms of Hypoparathyroidism, a rare medical disorder, by maintaining a worldwide network of family support, and promoting public, as well as professional, awareness of this disorder through a quarterly newsletter and our Web Site.
A few major contributors and Foundations have generously contributed to our efforts, making this Web Site and our newsletter what it is today. Their support will enable us to continue to work on and meet the goals outlined in our Mission Statement. Specifically, these supporters include the J.W. and Ida M. Jameson Foundation of Sierra Madre, California; and the many members who have generously contributed from their resources. In addition, we have received assistance in the form of computer software from Microsoft, Inc., Adobe Systems, Inc. Without their support, much of the things we have accomplished with our WEB Site and the newsletter would not have been possible.
The Hypoparathyroidism Association, Inc. is a tax exempt, non-profit Corporation in the State of Idaho and with the IRS under Title 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. Any contributions are considered to be tax deductible within the United States.
