I have been involved in Hypnosis for the past thirty years and in that time I have worked with many clients helping them realize their potential and achieving their goals. Just a little history about me and what got me interested in Hypnosis. I started reading books that were popular at the time like "Power of the Subconscious Mind", "The Power of Positive Thinking" and "Think and Grow Rich" by Dr. Napoleon Hill. These books taught me that we have two minds instead of just the one we are conscious of, the one that most of us never give much thought to. But the more I read about the subconscious mind the more I understood what the subconscious mind actually does. I realized that it is in control of all of our normal daily functions, our daily routines, the things we do without thinking about consciously.
Think about this for a moment. Can you imagine driving your car and having to consciously be aware of everything involved in driving your car(:i.e. gas, brake, shift, mirrors, watch the other guy, red light, green light) and doing all the other things we do now in our cars like putting on makeup, talking on the cell phone, drinking coffee all at the same time. It would be impossible. Guess what part is doing the driving? Your subconscious mind is driving your car. Which allows you to do all those conscious things.
The understanding of these things is what got me involved in hypnosis. The more I read and the more I practiced the more it fueled my desire to study hypnosis and the positive changes it can make in a persons life. I learned that with Hypnosis you can change your behaviors that are inappropriate for you now and improve your life in so many ways. That is why I do this, I help people get what they want, with what they have and I love doing this. I'll work with you until you realize your goal. The key to successful hypnosis, is you can't change for someone else, it has to be for you. You must have the true desire to want to make the change. Want it to happen. Know it can happen and allow it to happen.
