The sale of portable hyperbaric chambers with oxygen concentrators is and always has been ILLEGAL. Regardless, Greg Harris (Founder, Owner, CEO) of Hyperbaric Options, LLC boldly displayed oxygen concentrators on his website and actively sold them with his shoddy Summit to Sea hyperbaric chambers. Maybe he didn't know it was ILLEGAL? Yeah, right... Having been in the hyperbaric industry for quite a few years you would think he would have learned that a long time ago. I mean, he does refer to himself as "Mr. Hyperbaric" and has even claimed that he's pretty much an expert in the field.
A warning letter dated August 8th, 2013 from the FDA was sent to Gregory Harris, Hyperbaric Options, LLC. It states that after a review of the website "http://hyperbaricoptions.com/" Gregory Harris, Hyperbaric Options is in violation by selling the following hyperbaric chamber accessories:
