- In 1989 Doug and Casey Harrison's uncle, Phillip Harrison, drove into the family hunting lease with an unusual " hunting rig" in the back of his truck. Uncle Phillip had mounted an aluminum Genie light bulb changer designed to change light bulbs mounted in high ceilings and mounted it in the back of his truck. He then took a tripod blind and by removing the legs he was able to mount the cage portion of the blind on to the platform of the Genie light bulb changer. The blind had to be elevated by turning a hand crank. He was nearly laughed out of camp until they saw how well it worked and watched Uncle Phillip hunt in a variety of location that season.
