Description
The U.S.S sanctioned Hurricanes Swim Team Program is located at the Coliseum Fitness Center in Voorhees, NJ, and is part of the Middle Atlantic Local Swimming Commitee. The Hurricanes are dedicated to the philosophy that all swimmers, regardless of ability level are special and deserve the opportunity to succeed and grow both athletically and personally. Through a competitive structured swim program, our program focuses on the process of improvement via goal definition, stroke error analysis and technique correction drills, through challenging aerobic and anaerobic training sets. In addition, we offer a program tailored to individual skill levels, commitments and goals.
