A little history as to where we came from and how we have become part of the home building industry is as follows.
The majority of Tom and Julia's careers where spent in other industries. Julia was an international bond trader. She found herself in a demanding financial business that sent her to New York and Canada routinely. Tom was an engineer for an international firm that does roof truss computer programming and engineering for about 1/4 of all the residential, 1/2 of all the agricultural and about 1/10 of all the commercial roofs in North America including Canada as well as Australia and Europe. Tom's Professional Engineering license as well as his vast experience sent him to customer's boardrooms across the world.
Tom and Julia ended their jet set traveling careers and settled down to a Saint Louis based business. They decided to start their own business. Fortunately they had the funds to purchase an entire subdivision. By doing so they could keep out the competition and build it to their specifications. "Build it and they will come" said Tom. "We will build houses as if we would live in them. Treat customers with care and politeness."
