The Hubb, LLC is currently renovating the former PB Gast and Sons building at 1515 Madison Ave SE, and will have High Tech, Renaissance Zone office space available for lease in early 2007. The renovated building, called “The Hubb” will be a centerpiece of the Madison Square neighborhood redevelopment, and will not only further the progress of that effort, but will provide tenants with a secure, newly renovated, high tech environment within a tax-benefited area.
