Founded in 1975, HSF Incorporated is a small business specializing in computer education, systems analysis, and custom programming. While teaching at various state judicial seminars, our company president met many judges who were dissatisfied with the computer software in their courts, or who had no computers and could not afford the high cost of mini and mainframe computers. Some judges also were at the mercy of county or municipal authorities who forced the use of their funded equipment.
