Hostik.com had a 41 hour network outage late September of 2006. Their primary website was down, none of their customers could access their websites, and they turned their phones off an put a "we know there is an issue, we're working on it message" up instead of providing support. To date, there are no reports of customers recieving refunds for the network down time despite the clearly stated "99% uptime guarantee".
