Hooligans Kids Clothing was founded in 1996 after one the directors , Adri Jeffers had naughty little twins. She called them her "little hooligans" and started making up some clothes for them in the factory that , at that time , specialized in traditional African clothing. This later developed to a full range of Animal themed prints on durable twills and knits. By 1998 , the company had set itself up as one of the foremost children's wear suppliers to the South African tourist targeted shops. The managing trio , consisting of Adri , her husband Wayne and her very talented mother Nina continue making up stunning ranges for various tourist targeted shops all over the world. Adri's twins are still very naughty , but her work keeps her sane!
We are passionate about natural fibres and the heritage every country has in their unique wildlife. We are continuously broadening our horizons successfully into many parts of the world namely USA , UK ,Ireland, Finland , Singapore , Australia and New Zealand.
We source our fabrics locally and use only the purest cotton fibres. Customers in the UK and US enjoy reduced duties. We are fully experienced in the various aspects and regulations of each respective country with regards to customs , garment safety regulations and labeling specifications. We have an excellent understanding of the tourist's shopping requirements and have successfully created very profitable opportunities for our loyal customer base.
