- Hoof Soccer is the brainchild of Ian Vanderhoof and his brother, Zack Vanderhoof. Having grown up playing on the pitches of northern Virginia, the two ‘Hoof siblings were born football fanatics and found that a soccer blog was the best outlet for their knowledge. As members of La Barra Brava, the DC United supporters group, the two have extensive knowledge of the theory, practice, rumors and gossip of the greater soccer world.
