Tarmo Labs manufactures Hoodia XT, with claims that achievable weight loss can be attained through a small dose of Hoodia XT’s main ingredient, Hoodia Gordonii. Hoodia Gordonii is the new addition to the dietary supplement industry and many distributors claim to be the best source. Hoodia XT not only advertises its product as being 100% natural, but it also claims to work “almost immediately after taking only a few milligrams.” Hoodia Gordonii’s main attraction is that it may aide in controlled appetite so that you don’t overeat. Without the use of Ephedra, Hoodia XT also claims that this is the “most effective natural appetite suppressant ever found”; outside of one’s own reasoning, these claims have not been proved through years of scientific research.

Hoodia XT™ is a weight loss supplement that is said to utilize the widely popular South African herb Hoodia Gordonii, which has been shown to suppress the appetite. According to the web description, this supplement is “the hottest diet pill around.” Hoodia Gordonii’s main attraction is that it may aide in controlled appetite so that you don’t overeat. Without the use of Ephedra, Hoodia XT™ also claims that this is the “most effective natural appetite suppressant ever found”; outside of one’s own reasoning, these claims have not been proved through years of scientific research. Looking at the manufacturer, the product and the main ingredient we can decide if Hoodia XT™ is the top dietary supplement among the many Hoodia Gordonii supplements. Hoodia Gordonii is a small plant that is a part of the Apocynaceae family. These plants are similar to cactus and grow in rocky areas or plains in Africa. Hoodia's are known as stem succulents, but the only one out of the many different types of Hoodia Gordonii to produce this ingredient is the Hoodia Gordonii plant. Hoodia is known for its appetite suppressing qualities. Through providing some with a full feeling, Hoodia for short, may aide in controlling how much food one can take in. It has also been linked to treating indigestion and small infections within the indigenous African inhabitants of South Africa. We are fans of the ingredient Hoodia since it has been shown to suppress the appetite, and reduced caloric intake can lead to weight loss. However, it is much more effective when it is paired with a patented fat burner, like Advantra-Z which unfortunately this product does not contain. We would’ve liked to see the company mention where they obtained their Hoodia. Unfortunately, this ingredient is expensive and rare to obtain which has led to some manufacturers using fraudulent forms that are not nearly as effective.
