Hometeam Properties, LLC, owns and manages 75 buildings around the OSU campus including one of the largest selections of single family homes in the University District. All of our homes are newly or recently remodeled to include new air and furnaces, new or updated kitchens with dishwashers, new bathrooms, new windows, basements with available washers/dryers and off-street parking. Many homes have new hardwood floors, porches, decks, security systems and much more!
We also own and operate University Commons, located at 350 East 12th Avenue . University Commons is a beautifully remodeled community consisting of thirty-one apartments that cater to the professionally minded students that seek a safe, comfortable and affordable living environment. All of the apartments at University Commons are updated to include gorgeous hardwood floors, brand new furnaces and central air, brand new kitchens, brand new bathrooms, on site laundry, 24 hour surveillance, off street parking, a safe and caring environment and much more.
Outside of the campus area, we also own and manage multiple single family homes around the Columbus area including German Village , Whitehall and Reynoldsburg .
