- Home Improvement begins, Spring 2004. A anal retentive couple decides to buy a 1930’s Spanish “cosmetic-fixer” in San Diego. Massive mortgage payments necessitate a “oh, we can do that ourselves” policy for almost all remodeling and home improvement projects. A to-do list is created and it soons dwarfs War & Peace. Progress is slow since Marcos (the primary home fixater), must thoroughly research the latest, greatest, coolest and handiest tools and resources for every home project. Power tools are particularly revered here at HomeFixated, for virtually every task (including simple jobs best done by hand). But we will review lots of stuff that does not plug into a wall outlet too. HomeFixated is the definitive resource for this newly found “do it yourself, home improvement” knowledge. Tune in, pick up a few tips, find some great resources for home improvement and DIY, and hopefully have a laugh or two!
