Integrated Japanese & Chinese Acupuncture Treatments

We offer a combination of the following services, depending on the unique preferences and needs of each person
Acupuncture - thin, sterile, disposable, single-use acupuncture needles are gently inserted at specific points along the meridians of the body
Shakuju - Japanese non-insertive acupuncture
Acupressure/Tui Na - muscle/soft tissue pressing techniques which focus on acupuncture channels to facilitate pain relief and energy flow to affected area(s)
Moxibustion - a smokeless herb stick with healing properties is held near the skin to warm acupuncture points and channels
Gua Sha - the skin surface is smoothed with a round-edged Gua Sha tool to increase circulation to affected area
Cupping - glass cups create a vacuum over affected area to stimulate/increase circulation
Nutrition - specific foods may be suggested to strengthen and balance the body
