- HIP/AZ is a program for people living with HIV and their providers. The project is a statewide effort with projects occurring in the three regions of Arizona—Northern, Central, and Southern. In the northern region, Yavapai County Health Department works with sero-discordant (one person living with HIV the other is not) couples. In the central region, Body Positive works with men who have sex with men. And in the southern region, the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation works with men who have sex with men and people who inject drugs. On a statewide level, interventions include a media campaign and trainings for AIDS service providers.
