- FSB Hill 4-11 was located on a small hill about 4 miles northwest of the airport in Quang Ngai City. This fire support base was fighting home of the 3rd Battalion, 1st Infantry, 11th LIB, Americal Division from July 1969 to October 1971. This site is dedicated to the memory of David F. Winder and all Vietnam Veterans who spent time on FSB Hill 4-11.
