Welcome to The News-Tribune. We are the only weekly newspaper in Defiance County, serving many of the communities in northwest Ohio.
My name is Mary Ann Pepple-Barth. I began working at the Tribune in 1974 for my father, Merle Pepple, and have been editor/publisher since purchasing it from him in 1990. My sons Michael Gregory ("Greg") and Jonathan David ("Jon") work with me as well, making us a third generation newspaper/printing company.
