- After working in private industry for over 11 years, at Garden Way Manufacturing, Inc. in Troy NY as Manager of International Marketing, Bob joined the Commission On Independent Colleges and Universities (CICU) for the State of New York in 1986 as Director of Administration. His responsibilities included working closely with over 120 college presidents that were members of CICU to develop group programs related to admissions marketing, liability insurance and other group purchase opportunities. He interfaced with a board of 25 college presidents for all financial and real estate matters, and reported directly to the President of CICU.
