The company’s activities will span the entire spectrum of the upstream and downstream sectors of the petroleum industry, starting with the construction of a 300,000 barrels per day modular oil refinery using M – SKOR TM latest technology from Petro Chemical Systems Corporation. The proposed refinery will be located near the Lekki Export Free Trade Zone of Lagos State Nigeria.
