Description
Excerpted from the website:
- University Hospitals Extended Care Campus (formerly known as Heather Hill) was founded in 1939 by a Cleveland social worker, Mabel Woodruff. The original 156-acre estate included 60 acres of timber, five natural springs, several homes, a carriage house, granary and barn. The four wooden buildings on the Extended Care Campus campus are all part of the original estate. Today, these buildings include the Christopher House for overnight visitors, an administrative office building, an education training center and a private residence.
