Wachtel Tree Science & Service Inc. has been keeping trees healthy and beautiful with the highest quality care since 1935. We utilize the most advanced technology and best practices which enables us to provide outstanding tree care.
We have 3 Board Certified Master Arborists, 13 Certified Arborists and 1 Municipal Specialist on staff (most of any company in Wisconsin). Seventeen of nineteen Arborists have degrees. All told we have 4 Associate degrees, 15 Bachelors and 3 Masters. All together we have a combined experience of 312 years. Furthermore, we have 4 past-presidents of the Wisconsin Arborist Association on staff.
In 2004 Wachtel employees put in over 1,200 hours improving our tree knowledge and covering safety issues. As of 4/1/05 we had 1,799 days without a lost time accident. In the past five years we have received six safety awards from the Wisconsin Landscape Contractors Association, an individual Safety Award from the Tree Care Industry Association and three awards from the Wisconsin Safety Council.
