SEQ Catchments provides South East Queensland with a single, recognised NRM regional body with a focused, coordinated and integrated approach to managing and preserving the region's valuable natural resources.
We work closely local governments, urban and rural industries, community groups, Landcare groups, environmental groups, landowners and Traditional Owners to develop and implement on-ground project.
We are one of 15 Regional Bodies established in Queensland to deliver integrated natural resource management (NRM). We are endorsed under the National Action Plan for Salinity and Water Quality ( NAP ) and National Heritage Trust ( NHT ).
