- Ed Williams is the founder of Century Farm Harvest Heat. Iowa City High School alum, Ed Williams attended Iowa State University majoring in marketing and advertising within the school of journalism. He says his 6 year stint managing a lounge in an Ames supper club provided him with a "Masters" in the serving the public. After his formal and informal education, Ed returned to his roots, becoming the fifth generation to work the family farm near Iowa City, Iowa.
