8 academic halls, 2 lecture halls, 2 libraries, 3 gymnasiums, 2 pools, 2 football/soccer fields, 1 track, 2 auditoriums, 2 orchestra rooms, 3 instrumental rehearsal studios, 2 electronic music studios and 4 additional fully-equipped MIDI stations, music practice rooms, 2 dance studios, 2 arts centers, 2 ceramic studios, 2 photography labs, and computer labs with terminals throughout each campus.
Harvard-Westlake ranks among the top ten high schools in the country in number of National Merit Semifinalists. 110 students received National Merit Recognition, with 44 students as National Merit Finalists and 50 students as National Merit Semifinalists.
In 2004, 563 Harvard-Westlake students took 1,731 A.P. tests, and 95% scored 3 or higher. Students with such a score earn college credit at many leading universities for their course work completed at Harvard-Westlake.
