Harrison Frames has always been about family. Set up in the early 1960s by George Harrison, father of current owners Jack Harrison and wife Sue, the company began life in the Harrisons' garage. It rapidly grew into the extensive enterprise it is today-still involving the family and with the invaluable contribution of long-standing staff.
The company is situated in the picturesque seaside town of Mt Maunganui, New Zealand - conveniently located just a short distance from New Zealand’s largest export port, the Port of Tauranga.
Our frames are manufactured in our Mt Maunganui factory where a staff of 16 take the raw wooden mouldings produced from the raw logs by an associated company. We then stain, paint and hand finish them, cut, v-nail assemble and barcode each frame. Finally we package and ship the finished product New Zealand-wide and internationally.
