Hands on Recovery - Tunkhannock, PA. "seeing the possibility in everything and the ability in everyone. Hands on Recovery is a grassroots mental health consumer run fund raising project of the Wyoming County Community Support Program. We create handmade green eco-friendly jewelry, gifts, and other handmade items to sell to help raise funds for a hybrid drop-in recovery center in our community while being environmentally responsible. We hope to develop into a consumer run social enterprise to help sustain the drop in center and give folks opportunities for community integration, socialization, employment, increased self esteem and purpose. We currently sell our items at area events and craft shows and at the Crown Flea Market in Eynon every Saturday and Sunday beginning August 15, 2009 as a fundraiser. We will be adding healthy snacks and natural soaps and cleaning products to our product line. Thank you for your interest and support!
