Description

The Hadley Yoga Studio is complete with all that you'll need for practice. If you're going to be practicing vigorously, you may want to bring a bottle of water but the best rule of thumb is to come already well hydrated. If you've been practicing and have a favorite mat or blanket, by all means, bring what will make you feel at home!

It's best to practice on an empty stomach, so either come before a meal or eat lightly if you need to eat. If you're new to the practice the best way to prepare is to nurture a sense of relaxed adventure. Yoga happens most easily in a relaxed body and mind.

Yoga techniques are intended to rejuvenate and bring into proper balance all aspects of the body: endocrine, vascular and nervous systems and musculature. The practice of yoga is designed to lead the student to an ever-increasing knowledge of the self and the needs of the body/mind in order to achieve and maintain good physical and mental health and spiritual harmony.
