Ron Michalski was called to serve Glad Tidings Victoria in 1989. As senior pastor, Ron has guided the church in evangelism, discipleship and fellowship, to become a growing, energized church community reaching literally thousands of people in any given year. Ron has a heart for the people of his city and can often be seen on his regular ‘walk about’ on the streets of Victoria connecting with people on a daily basis & praying God’s blessing for the provincial capital.
Dave Solmes is presently serving as Executive Director of Ministries at Glad Tidings Victoria. Since joining the Pastoral team in January 2003 his enthusiasm and love for people has been greatly appreciated. His desire is that each one would find a place of connection to Jesus Christ and come to a place of honoring God with their lives.
Andy Moore serves on staff at Glad Tidings Church as Youth and Young Adults Pastor. He has been a part of the Glad Tidings team since September 2002. Andy is dedicated to helping this younger generation be “2nd mile” believers ready to go the distance for God and for others. They work with a dedicated and passionate youth staff that facilitate outstanding ministry to their generation.
