GSS has been in the business of securing corporate data since the mid-nineties and have a full understanding of a client's business and their requirements. The needs of a major high street bank vary from those of a hotel chain, which are different again from those of a county council or hospital trust. Each will have their own regulations and policies which need to be complied with. Information security standards, such as ISO 27001, provide frameworks to base policy upon. However there are many other issues to be considered. Not least budget and ensuring a return on investment.
GSS deliver a full consultancy service, ranging from Data Protection Act issues, through ISO 27001 and PCI, to penetration and application testing services. As a Microsoft Gold Certified partner, GSS are also able to provide a full consultancy service on Microsoft solutions, including Active Directory, the heart of a network infrastructure, to full Office Communication Server.
Our areas of expertise are many and varied. GSS have many years experience delivering solutions, to over 2500 clients, that address the issues surrounding securing data. These range from firewalls and VPN's, complete content control including data leakage, encryption and patch management through to wireless network security.
