As I’m sure you have noticed, there is an increasing trend of qualified and quality people over 40 years old finding themselves out of work through no fault of their own. At the same time, there is very strong demand for tradesmen, handymen and the like. Seeing the potential for a business that would offer the expertise of the over 40’s with these skills to the market, Grey Skills was created.
It’s a simple idea that has blossomed into a proven system that can be replicated, via franchises, in any location that has properties or businesses and a workforce that includes people over 40.
